1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and The AI Systems Guy, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Adam Wentworth, 10800 Enger St., Bakersfield, CA 93312. Contact: adam@theaisystemsguy.com or (661) 325-5478.

2. Services

We provide AI implementation and consulting services, including AI phone receptionists, scheduling automation, and related business systems. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal.

3. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program description

The AI Systems Guy sends SMS messages related to consultations you have requested or discussed with us. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, links to schedule or reschedule a consultation, follow-up information you asked for, and replies to your questions. This is a customer care program — we do not send unsolicited marketing blasts.

How you opt in

You give prior express consent to receive text messages from us in one of the following ways:

• You verbally agree during a phone call with us or with Ava, our AI assistant, who identifies herself as an AI at the start of every call.
• You submit a form on this website that states you agree to be contacted by text.
• You text us first.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Most people receive only a few messages related to a scheduled consultation.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

How to opt out — STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may also email adam@theaisystemsguy.com to be removed.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. AI disclosure

Some calls placed or answered on our behalf use an AI assistant. It identifies itself as an AI in its first sentence, every time. You may ask to speak with a human at any point, or ask to be removed from our list, and we will comply immediately.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use our services or messages for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer our systems.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do.
