SMS and mobile messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We send SMS messages only to people who have given us prior express consent — typically by verbally agreeing during a phone call with us or our AI assistant, by submitting a form on this website, or by texting us first. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchase.

How we use your information

To answer your questions, schedule and confirm consultations, send information you requested, and provide the services you engage us for. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our scheduling, email, and telephony providers — and only to the extent needed to perform that service. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.

As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are excluded from all sharing.
